Electronic Guarantee Letter (ELEGANT) is a flexible system developed to allow students to apply for the Student Hospital Guarantee Letter anytime and from any location. It also enables authorized UTHM staff to access the submitted information for verification purposes and to issue the guarantee letter online.

Through this system, users are guided to complete the application process in accordance with the established procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. ELEGANT is intended for use by LOCAL STUDENTS only.
